Springfield, OH — Higher Ground Books & Media is pleased to announce the release of Scripture in the Age of AI, a compelling new title by Dan Keen and Reverend Jerry Crossley that invites readers to consider one unchanging anchor in a world of rapid technological change: the Word of God.
As artificial intelligence reshapes nearly every aspect of modern life, Scripture in the Age of AI offers a thoughtful, faith-rooted response — drawing on the timeless truths of the Bible to speak directly into the questions and anxieties of our current moment. Keen and Crossley bring together two distinct perspectives — one from the world of technology and media, the other from decades of pastoral ministry — to create a book that is as grounded as it is relevant.
"The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the Word of our God endures forever." (Isaiah 40:8, NIV)
About the Authors
Dan Keen is a retired editor and publisher of a newspaper in Southern New Jersey. He has written for national computer magazines and published books on subjects ranging from computer programming to children's science with Sterling Publishing, Tradewins, and McGraw-Hill. He taught computer programming at Stockton State College in New Jersey and served as chief engineer for two Christian radio stations.
Reverend Jerry Crossley grew up in Philadelphia and entered the ministry after a formative faith experience in a warm, encouraging fellowship. He has pastored churches in the Pocono Mountains, in cities, and in small towns and villages across the region. His lifelong journey from self-described science skeptic to biblical thinker informs his contribution to this work — bringing the age-old truths of Scripture into meaningful conversation with the world as it is today.
Scripture in the Age of AI is available now through Higher Ground Books & Media.
