FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
SPRINGFIELD, OHIO — Higher Ground Books & Media is proud to officially announce the launch of L’Chayim Library, a new Jewish-focused imprint dedicated to preserving stories, exploring faith, encouraging thoughtful conversation, and amplifying Jewish voices and perspectives.
The imprint, whose name comes from the Hebrew phrase meaning “To Life,” was created to provide a welcoming publishing home for books centered on Jewish life, culture, faith, history, personal experience, and spiritual reflection.
“L’Chayim Library was born out of a desire to create meaningful space for Jewish stories and conversations,” said Rebecca Benston, founder of Higher Ground Books & Media. “We wanted an imprint that honors both tradition and honest exploration while making room for voices that encourage understanding, healing, education, and faith.”
Among the titles connected with the imprint are works by internationally recognized rabbi and author Ron Isaacs, including I Want to Meet Elijah, as well as additional forthcoming titles that reflect the imprint’s mission of thoughtful engagement and spiritual depth.
As part of the imprint’s development, manuscripts submitted under the L’Chayim Library banner are reviewed not only for quality and fit, but also for alignment with the imprint’s vision of meaningful and respectful exploration of Jewish themes and experiences.
Founded in 2013, Higher Ground Books & Media is an independent publishing company based in Springfield, Ohio. Through both its primary publishing line and specialized imprints, the company focuses on books that encourage healing, faith, growth, and authentic storytelling.
