Available for Pre-Order. The Passover seder is widely celebrated by Jews and many churches also have established a seder meal with rituals and the eating of matzah. Since the seder's coal is to teacher children that Jews once were slaves in Egypt, the rabbis of bygone years introduced other rituals to ensure their active participation, for example, early in the seder three pieces of matzah are placed under a large cover, and half of one matzah, known as the afikomen, is broken off and hidden away. At the end of the seder, children are encouraged to find the afikomen and if successful they often receive a reward. The Let's Make a Deal story is based on the story of a Passover seder I heard at the funeral of one of my beloved congregants as told by his son.
