Circling Around the Davidic Psalms relates to the human problems experienced by David that relate to us all. His life, like ours, is a circular event from dust to dust, and David's attempts to reconcile himself from sin with God mirrors our own attempts today. Therefore, the Davidic Psalms are not an ancient and outdated account about one man's life but an account alive with our failures as well. God sits upon the Circle of the Earth, and we try, like David, to live within His Circle of Blessing. When we fail and fall outside His blessing, then we strive to retain it. David knew when his Circle of Blessing with God was broken, and we must learn it too.
