The 9/28 Authors, Artists, & Artisans event at Wittenberg University. Our next event will be held on 12/7 at the same venue.

Well, tomorrow is Monday again. I’m not quite ready for it. This is one of the few instances where I’m completely okay with waiting. I could wait at least another 48 hours for Monday. I took Friday off to allow myself a little time to get things together for the event that I had on Saturday. But what I really needed to do was take Monday to recover from the weekend. We had a great Authors, Artists, & Artisans event and I got to meet lots of great people, so I am looking forward to our next event on December 7th. But as much as I love the events, I’m an introvert, so all of the networking and directing and promoting drains me. It usually takes several days before I feel sufficiently re-charged and that’s assuming I’ll slow down enough to allow that to happen.

One of these days, I’ll have to do something about this tendency of mine to use more energy than I have. For now, I’m waiting for my next opportunity to sleep in and spend a few hours doing little to nothing. It doesn’t happen often, but It does come around every once in a while. Until then, get a good night’s rest and have a good, productive week, everyone.
